Turkey Rice Creamy Casserole
2 cups chopped turkey or chicken1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1 cup hard rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Frenches Fried Onions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet, add celery, onion, garlic and butter; sauté vegetables over medium heat until tender. Add rice to vegetables and cook for 10 minutes. Add both soups and water to vegetables and rice; transfer to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle French Onions on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Strawberry Whipped Sensation
4 cups fresh strawberries, divided1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 8 oz. Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
8 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Line 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with foil. Mash 2 cups of strawberries in a large bowl. Stir in condensed milk, juice and 2 cups of whipped topping; pour into pan. Top with combined chopped cookies and butter; press into mixture; cover. Freeze at least 6 hours. To serve, invert onto plate. Remove foil. Frost with remaining whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
