Blackberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup green tea (steeped and cooled)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

In a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth.  Serve immediately.

Green Bliss Smoothie

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup mashed avocado
  • 1 cored and chopped small pear
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 small lime, peeled and halved
  • 1 or 2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Add water, avocado, pear, spinach, lime, 1 date and ice to blender container.  Blend until smooth and fully combined.  Taste and add another date if you would like more sweetness.  Serve immediately.

Frozen Lemonade Slushie

  • 1 cup cold coconut water
  • 2 small lemons, peeled and halved
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 10 drops of liquid stevia extract
  • 2 Tbsps. honey or agave

Add coconut water, lemons, ice, stevia extract, and honey or agave to blender container.  Blend on high until fully combined and smooth, but still icy.  Serve immediately.
