Chicken Bacon Caesar Bubble-Up Bake

  • 1 8 oz garlic & herbs spreadable cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can (16.3 oz.) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix spreadable cheese, Caesar dressing, water and pepper with whisk. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into sixths, and add to bowl, mixing until incorporated. Add chicken, half and the bacon, the spinach and 1 cup of the cheese to the biscuit mixture; fold in until mixed well. Spoon mixture into baking dish; top with the remaining 1 cup cheese and remaining bacon. Bake for 35 minutes or until deep golden brown and biscuits are baked through.

1 Minute Cinnamon Bun

  • 2 Tbsp. applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Cream Cheese Icing
  • 1 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp milk

Coat an 8 ounce microwaveable mug with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine applesauce, oil, milk, vanilla, flour, light brown sugar, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Reserve 1 tablespoon batter in another small bowl and place remaining batter in mug. Add remaining cinnamon to 1 tablespoon batter, then swirl mixture into batter in mug. Microwave 70-75 seconds, or until center is set. Let cool 4-5 minutes them remove to a plate. In a small bowl, combine icing ingredients, stirring until smooth. Spread on cinnamon roll and serve.
